Session Three

July 22nd (Tuesday – 7 to 9 PM in Vianney Hall)
Who is St. John and What’s Different about His Message?

At every Mass Catholics hear “The Gospel” proclaimed. Yet many people don’t fully understand or appreciate what a Gospel really is. The purpose of these sessions is to answer basic questions: How many Gospels do we have? How did we get them and what do they teach? These sessions provide a very basic understanding for people who may or may not have a familiarity with Scripture.

All informal discussions will be led by Deacon Al Derivan.
Deacon Al is a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, a member of the Catholic Biblical Association and a teacher in the Religious Studies Division of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary.
Each session independent – Come to one, come to all.

This program sponsored by the Parish Adult Faith Formation Committee.
